David is a structural designer by formation. He always had the mindset of a visionary entrepreneur. Always being scared of wasting his true potential, he decided to build an organization of his own. An organization based on knowledge, ambitions, endless opportunities, respect, and creativity.
His past experiences, combined with his entrepreneurial mindset, brought him to the real estate industry. David wants to foster the creation of safe, sustainable, and affordable environments where people can live, work and play.
As he often says: Simplicity is the key to most problems. By bringing each issue to its fundamental components, we can solve each of them individually separately and then combine the results into one complete solution.
